Class 1: The Power of Presence: Experience how to make a calm and compassionate space for what you feel and how to return to that state.
Class 2: Felt Sensing: How to get below the repetitive stories to the fresh "felt sense" where real change and breakthrough is possible.
Class 3: A Deeper Understanding: How to carry on an inner conversation, helping more insight and readiness to take action to emerge.
Class 4: The Power of Listening: How to truly listen to someone else.
Class 5: Make Focusing Your Own: How to make your own modifications in the Focusing process.
Class 6: Focusing and Coaching: How to implement Focusing in your coaching practice.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Up to 14 days before the first of the class:
We will refund your course fee less a $35 cancellation fee and $50 for the one-on-one focusing session prior to the class (if already taken).
Cancellations received 13 days or fewer before class begins: No refund
